我曾經讀到過這樣一種論述：

人=吃放+睡覺+上班+休閑
Human = eating + sleeping + working + relaxing
豬=吃飯+睡覺
Pig = eating + sleeping
所以，人=豬+上班+休閑
Therefore, human = pig + working + relaxing
于是結論就是：不會休閑的人=會上班的豬

然而，現在似乎90%的年輕人都不知道怎么休閑。

現在的常態是：上班累，放假更累。

沒有誰比那些剛剛放假回來的人更需要放假的了。

這些人不光覺得累，而且覺得空虛、焦慮。
These people are not only tired, but also empty and anxious.
他們就是那種“不會休息”的人。
They are the kind of people who are "incapable of relaxing".
這都是因為他們不知道這3點：

1. 為什么工作讓人緊張?
First, why is work stressful?
這是因為，工作的時候你一直在和時間賽跑。

總有事情沒完成，總有計劃沒實現。

而我們天生就更容易去注意那些沒完成的事。

這也就是為什么我們都那么討厭工作、那么想放假。

但這也是為什么很多人都希望在假期做盡可能多的事，讓自己在假期也忙得不得了。
But this is also why many people want to do as much as possible during the holidays and make themselves extremely busy.
結果就是，你在假期又制造了一堆沒完成的目標，讓自己變得更焦慮了。
The result is that you have created a bunch of unfinished goals during the holidays, making you more anxious.
2. 假期也需要計劃和自律
Second, planning and self-discipline are needed during the holidays.
就像上面所說的，你不應該讓自己在假期變得更焦慮。
As said above, you should not make yourself more anxious during the holidays.
所以，休息也應該是有計劃的。
Therefore, relaxation should also be planned.
這不是要你給每個周末都計劃出緊湊的旅行。
This is not to plan a tight trip for yourself every weekend.
而是說，你應該對假期這幾天的時間和事情有比較具體的預期。

計劃一下具體要完成些什么事情，同時也計劃出一些無所事事的時間。

花一小時閑逛一條商業街、喝喝咖啡，也是不錯的選擇。

本質上講，我們希望在假期得到的是一種“跑贏時間”的感覺，而這種感覺是可以刻意制造出來的。

3. 不運動才會更累

在公司或者學校忙碌了一周，周末回到家就只想躺著。

最重要的是，在運動的時候你不會覺得自己在虛度光陰。

如今的人都很忙，這點已經不用多說。

假期和周末變得越來越可貴。
