我們曾經(jīng)講過一個(gè)故事叫“東施效顰”。故事里有個(gè)美女叫西施，長得非常美，以致于人們在形容美麗的景色的時(shí)候，都拿她來做比喻。這次呱呱要帶大家去的地方就是和西施一樣美的西湖。

西湖又叫西子湖。it is located in the west part of hangzhou, zhejiang province. 對于西湖之美，人們有很多種比喻。

some one thinks the west lake is just like a beautiful traditional chinese painting. 也有人說，西湖是一首詩、一個(gè)美麗動人的故事。the west lake is beautiful in any season. 這一點(diǎn)非常令人稱奇。

人們把西湖的美概括為西湖十景，它們分別是：蘇堤春曉、曲院風(fēng)荷、柳浪聞鶯、雙峰插云、花港觀魚、平湖秋月、三潭印月、南屏晚鐘、雷鋒夕照、斷橋殘雪。

蘇堤春曉是十景之最。it was built by su dongpo, the great poet, during the north song dynasty. 蘇東坡在杭州做官的時(shí)候，帶領(lǐng)當(dāng)?shù)氐娜耸柰ㄎ骱猛诔龅哪嘈蘖诉@座長堤。人們?yōu)榱思o(jì)念蘇東坡，就把這座堤壩叫做蘇堤了。this causeway (堤壩) is covered with peach and willow trees, as well as other flowers. when spring comes, 蘇堤就像一位報(bào)春的使者，桃花盛開，柳絲輕拂，非常美麗動人。

曲院風(fēng)荷是西湖十景中的第二景。夏天正是賞荷的好季節(jié)。在這片景區(qū)中，there are about one hundred kinds of lotuses. 水面上還有各種造型的小橋，人走在橋上，就好像在荷花中穿行一樣。so wonderful!

斷橋是西湖所有的橋中名氣最大的橋。guess why it is so famous? 是因?yàn)樵S仙和白娘子的故事!they met each other and fell in love at this place. 大雪過后，銀裝素裹的西湖分外美麗。當(dāng)然，這是在冬天才能欣賞到的景色。
