A spokesperson for the China Film Copyright Association (CFCA)， told China Daily on Tuesday that the association’s members will share 90 percent of the royalties collected and the association will keep the remaining 10 percent as management fees。

中國著作權協會一位發言人本周二在接受《中國日報》采訪時表示，收取的電影版權費中，90%將歸該協會的成員所有，剩下的10%將作為管理費使用。

上文中，royalties就是指“版權費”，此處具體說來就是movie royalties(電影版權費)，也就是代表電影版權所有者向使用者征收copyright royalties(版權費)。因為piracy industry(盜版行業)的盛行，幾乎所有跟intellectual property(知識產權)相關的產品，比如patent(專利)、trademark(商標)以及copyright(版權)等，都受到了嚴重影響。

不過，這里要說明一點，版權費的收取者是copyright owner(版權所有者)，但不一定是作品的作者。有的作者可能會出讓版權，只收取出版發行方支付的author’s remuneration(稿費)。
