近日，浙江溫嶺一家幼兒園女教師虐童的視頻和照片在網(wǎng)絡(luò)上引發(fā)熱議。后續(xù)報(bào)道稱，這名女教師系無證上崗，目前已被刑拘。

又一名浙江幼師因網(wǎng)絡(luò)上的虐童照片而被拘留。

“虐童”的英文說法為child abuse，abuse可做動(dòng)詞和名詞，均表示“濫用、虐待”，常見的還有power abuse（濫用職權(quán)）、personal abuse（人身攻擊）等。

最近涉及虐童的preschool teacher（幼師）中，有人holding up a child by his ears（拎著孩子的耳朵將其提起），有人slapping a 5-year-old girl in the face 70 times（對(duì)一名5歲女童連扇70個(gè)耳光）。據(jù)悉，兩人均沒有required certificates to teach kindergarten（幼師執(zhí)教資格證）。有人表示此類事件為one offs（個(gè)別事件），也有人呼吁加強(qiáng)對(duì)幼兒園的monitoring（監(jiān)控）。
