Today, the Gods made me bleed again

今天，眾神又讓我鮮血淋漓

They chained my feet, so tight,

他們緊緊束縛住我的雙腳

I could barely move

我幾乎動彈不得

I bleed through my socks,

我的血液滲透襪子

Last month was my left ankle,

上個月 傷的是我的左腳踝

today it was the right

今天是右腳踝

When I wash,

當我清洗時

the soap burns like fire

肥皂像火一樣灼燒傷口

but I have to keep my ankles clean

because I don’t have any alcohol,

or broxide

Nothing to kill a bacteria or infections

and this place is filthy

I can’t remember what it’s like

to walk as a human being anymore

My cell is so small

that I can only take two steps

Any time when I’m brought out,

I walk briefly or infrequently,

只走幾步路而已

I have chains on my hands and feet

我的手腳上也有鎖鏈禁錮

as well as guards hanging on me

并且有守衛抓著我

And well over sixteen years since I have barely walked anywhere

16年來我幾乎沒有走過路

Sometimes I still can’t read my mind about now

有時候我也不知道自己在想什么

I’m working on my seventeenth year now,

在我十七歲工作的時候

There were times when I thought,

"Surely, someone’s gonna put a stop to this.

“肯定會有人阻止這一切的

Surely someone is going to do something"

肯定有人會這么做”

But they never do

但沒有人

Time just rolls on

時光卻滾滾向前

It’s insanity

I’m truly amazed of what they’ve gonna allow to get away with

我驚訝于

and for how long

他們能讓我們離開多久

Oh well,

好吧

there’s no good to dwell on it

這樣做沒有好處

either I waste my energy by focusing on things I cannot change

與其浪費精力在這些我無法改變的事情上

or I can serve my energy

不如在這些我能改變的事情上

and to bled to small things I can change.
